Ellington Villa Collection – Emirates Hills: A Villa on the Montgomerie Golf Course

The Ellington Villa Collection – Emirates Hills, by Ellington Properties, is a single villa in Emirates Hills, Dubai, overlooking the Montgomerie Championship Golf Course.

Step into Your Dream Home:

• Design: According to Ellington’s Russian-language project page, the villa was designed by MDR with the local firm NAGA, with interiors by One of A Kind. The design includes a sunken garden with a waterfall, a recording studio, a cinema room and a six-car garage. Ellington’s pages give differing figures for the built-up area and bedroom count, so none is stated here.
• Location: The villa is in Emirates Hills, with views of the Montgomerie Championship Golf Course and greenery. Ellington notes international schools close by.
• Living spaces: The villa has a cinema room, an entertainment room, walk-in closets and a landscaped garden. Ellington also lists dual master suites, a full gym and spa, a home office and a private lift.
• Timeless Appeal: The design philosophy allows for personalization. Update colors, textures, and furnishings with ease, ensuring your home reflects your evolving style and preferences.

Beyond the Ordinary:

• Interiors: Warm travertines and timbers create a sophisticated backdrop, while the sculptural staircase adds a touch of artistic flair. Expansive windows offer panoramic views, blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors.
• Unveiling the Exterior: The L-shaped architecture creates a distinct presence, featuring solid facades and contrasting glazed areas. A cascading waterfall leads to a sunken garden, seamlessly connecting the basement to the outdoor space. A rooftop lounge boasts stunning golf course views, while the slanted floor slabs offer a unique perspective.
• Airy and Inviting: The ground-to-roof atrium bathes the interior in natural light and creates a sense of spaciousness. The bronze-colored staircase resembles a hanging chandelier, adding a touch of artistic whimsy.

Living in Emirates Hills:

• Community: Emirates Hills is a gated community known for its golf course, greenery and tree-lined streets, according to the developer.
• Golf: The community is home to the Montgomerie Championship Golf Course, an 18-hole course.

Ellington Properties does not publish a price or handover date for the villa on its project page.
