The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has announced plans to open 6 new public beaches in 2024. 2 new public beaches will be opened in Antalya, and 1 public beach each in Bodrum, Muğla, Izmir, and Giresun.
The new beaches in Antalya are planned to be opened in the Lara and Konyaaltı districts. They will be equipped with everything necessary for a quality vacation: sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, toilets, and changing cabins. Moreover, all these services will be provided free of charge. In addition, special conditions will be created on the beaches for people with disabilities.

- Antalya (Lara): This beach will be located in the Lara district of Antalya, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Turkey. It will be a large beach with plenty of space for swimming, sunbathing, and other activities.
- Antalya (Konyaaltı): This beach will be located in the Konyaaltı district of Antalya, which is known for its beautiful beaches and clear waters. It will be a smaller beach than the Lara beach, but it will still offer plenty of space for visitors to enjoy.
- Bodrum: This beach will be located in Bodrum, a popular resort town in the Aegean Sea. It will be a small, secluded beach with stunning views of the surrounding area.
- Muğla: This beach will be located in Muğla, a province in southwestern Turkey. It will be a large beach with plenty of space for swimming, sunbathing, and other activities.
- Izmir: This beach will be located in Izmir, the third-largest city in Turkey. It will be a small, urban beach with easy access to the city’s many attractions.
- Giresun: This beach will be located in Giresun, a city on the Black Sea coast of Turkey. It will be a large beach with plenty of space for swimming, sunbathing, and other activities.
