Indonesia – Residency in Bali

Unlike many other countries, Indonesia does not offer a direct residency-by-investment program. However, there are several alternative options for obtaining a long-term stay permit in Bali:

1. Company Formation:

  • Investment: Minimum of $63,000 company capital and $630,000 company turnover.
  • Residency Permit: Two-year renewable KITAS permit.
  • Processing Cost: Approximately $3,000.

2. Government Investment:

  • Investment: Purchase of government bonds or bank deposit of at least $350,000.
  • Residency Permit: Long-term KITAS or permanent residency (KITAP) possible.

3. Elite Property or Bank Deposit:

  • Investment: Purchase of elite property worth at least $320,000 or bank deposit of at least $130,000.
  • Residency Permit: Five-year renewable KITAS permit.
  • Family Sponsorship: Spouse, children, and elderly parents can be included in the application.

It’s important to note that these are just the basic requirements and additional costs may apply.

We also have the opportunity to obtain a residence permit for a period of two years for $3,000. For all details, please contact us.
